Storage & Delivery

Google Drive

Google Drive integration lets you send every screenshot or video directly into your Drive — ideal for teams, audits, and client-facing workflows.

Automatic deliveryFolder-based organizationWorks with screenshots & videosNo local storage required

When Google Drive is connected, your captures are uploaded immediately after completion. Website Screenshot World does not act as long-term storage — Drive becomes your primary archive.

What is the Google Drive integration?

Google Drive integration allows Website Screenshot World to upload files into a specific Drive account and folder using a secure OAuth connection.

  • • Supports screenshots and videos
  • • Files appear as standard Drive files
  • • Compatible with shared drives and folders
  • • No manual downloads required

How delivery works

  1. 1. A capture runs based on its Shot Schedule
  2. 2. The output file is generated (image or video)
  3. 3. The linked Web Profile selects Google Drive as destination
  4. 4. The file is uploaded into the configured Drive folder
  5. 5. The schedule completes successfully

Upload happens immediately after capture completion.

Folder structure

Files are stored inside the folder you select when creating the Cloud Storage Profile. Subfolders may be created automatically based on schedule or naming configuration.

  • • One Drive folder per Cloud Storage Profile
  • • Multiple schedules can share the same folder
  • • File names reflect URL, date, and time

Permissions & access

The integration only has access to the folders you explicitly grant during setup.

  • • No access to unrelated files
  • • Tokens can be revoked at any time
  • • Access health is monitored automatically
